Readily disperses in carrier solvents to produce concentrated and/or ready-to-use, VOC compliant, end-use products. Upon dilution in hydrocarbon solvents, either alone or in combination with other materials, the end-use product can be brush, roller or squeegee applied to wood to impart water and oil repellency. When added to solvent-based deck stains, it imparts stain and soil (oil/water) repellency and water beading to treated surfaces. An excellent choice to use as a seam sealer for laminate flooring.
