Product DescriptionsFlexisorb OD-202Soft Surface ProductsCarpet/Rug/Apparel/Upholstery ProductsConcentrated zinc salt that readily micro-emulsifies in water to produce concentrated or ready-to use odor counteractorants (a true odor absorber, not an odor mask). Chemically alters volatile odors rendering them undetectable i.e., non-volatile so that they do not reach the olfactory nerve and therefore cannot be smelled. Effectively neutralizes smelly short chain carboxylic acids, mercaptans, thioethers and amines (including hydrogen sulfide and ammonia). Since it does not interact with esters and aldehydes, it is compatible with most fragrance oils. Requires no pH adjustment to produce a clear micro-emulsion upon dilution. A 5% dilution of Flexisorb OD-202 has a nearly neutral pH. Self encapsulating, this product eliminates tacky residues that attract soil. Ideal for carpet and upholstery applications. Product Literature Request a Sample Specialty ProductsOdor Absorbers/EliminatorsA nearly neutral version of Flexisorb OD-300 that is infinitely dilutable without special formulation and designed for easy formulation for products that need to be nearly neutral or slightly acidic (matching the pH of skin). This product is formulated with soil and stain resist agents that prevent sticky and tacky residues that attract soil. It is ideal for formulating odor absorbers or cleaners that will be used on carpet and upholstery. An excellent choice for concentrates that are intended to be diluted on site.
