ICT is looking for a Health and Safety Specialist.

The job responsibilities include:
- Daily work on the floor and in the field with General Managers, Production supervisors, maintenance, engineers, chemists, and all other employees to establish a working knowledge of the practical and regulatory requirements to provide ICT employees with a safe place to work.
- Review and update safety programs on a regular basis, including but not limited to changes to operations, chemicals, and new information. Assure that the safety training is appropriate and completed for employees on all safety programs.
- Prepare documentation and be the lead for health and safety related regulatory inspections.
- Review and recommend appropriate activities and PPE to comply with requirements for new chemicals and activities.
- Establish and oversee every aspect of the waste handling program, including but not limited to, appropriate waste profiling and waste labeling, manage vendors used for waste handling and disposal, inspect and ensure that all the procedures and paperwork are being completed, keep the records complete, and be the lead on any regulatory inspections.
